November 5, 2003 - Delta Capital Management, manager of The US Russia Investment Fund, announced today that it is making a significant investment in USP Compulink. This investment will allow USP Compulink to expand its business to meet the rapidly growing needs of the Russian IT market.  The Fund is the founder of The U.S. Russia Center for Entrepreneurship.

July 28, 2003 - The publishing house Kommersant has become a media sponsor of the Entrepreneur of the Year award program, which Ernst & Young, the world’s largest auditing and consulting firm, has conducted annually for 17 years.
