USP Compulink and Delta Capital Management / The US Russia Investment Fund Announce a Major Investment

November 5, 2003 - Delta Capital Management, manager of The US Russia Investment Fund, announced today that it is making a significant investment in USP Compulink. This investment will allow USP Compulink to expand its business to meet the rapidly growing needs of the Russian IT market.  The Fund is the founder of The U.S. Russia Center for Entrepreneurship.

The Cream of the Crop in Business - Ernst & Young Begins Entrepreneur of the Year award in Russia

July 28, 2003 - The publishing house Kommersant has become a media sponsor of the Entrepreneur of the Year award program, which Ernst & Young, the world’s largest auditing and consulting firm, has conducted annually for 17 years. Now Russian entrepreneurs as well have gained an opportunity to participate in this competition, and this step indicates that business in this country has acquired a deserving reputation in the international arena.  Among the sponsors of the award program are the management company Yevrazkholding, Renessans Kapital, the agency Mikhaylov and Partners, and the U.S. Russia Center for Entrepreneurship.

My Business Magazine Announces a new Contest for Entrepreneurs: “Business Breakthrough"

“Business Breakthrough,” a contest sponsored by My Business magazine and The U.S.-Russia Center for Entrepreneurship, is open to owners of small and medium-sized Russian companies that have achieved high rates of growth.  The winner of the competition will be awarded a two-week internship in a U.S. company in his or her field.

 

Russian Entrepreneurs Join Their U.S. Counterparts in Peer-Learning Experience

Recognizing an opportunity for expanded international cooperation and the fact that entrepreneurs learn best from each other, the Foundation for Enterprise Development (FED) and the U.S. Russia Center for Entrepreneurship (CFE), in partnership with the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization (YEO), are hosting the “The U.S. Russia Entrepreneurs Exchange,” a peer-learning program that links Russian and American entrepreneurs, from May 29 through June 6, 2003.
